Shreveport Makers Fair

So this is what I assume is the first of this kind to happen in Shreveport. You hear of really cool craft fairs all of the time but only in big cities. Like the Renegade craft fair. Well me and my friends were so excited that people decided to make this happen. It was a really fun day.

Pluming Issues and Garage Sales

So i live in a pretty old neighborhood. Its beautiful. The houses are all so very unique in every way! I love Dalzell. Thats the name of my house.It has large base boards, built in shelfs, a breakfast nook,little secret storage places everywhere, all real wood floors. its awesome! There are a few draw backs though. One being there is no central heat or air so the house is either really cold or really hot, except for fall and spring and the one being the problem now is the pluming. Its all really old. Our bathroom is constantly out of order, everything backs up all the time and when one thing backs up it all backs up. So if the toilet is messed up, we can't shower or use the sink. Its a huge inconvenience as you can imagine. We have house guests all of the time soooo..... well you get the point.




This is my room mate Dylan under the house trying to fix the problem! Bless his heart!

Needless to say he got a lot of the gunk out but its still not completely fixed, so as we speak he and my other room mate Jake are under the house as we speak. Its really quite humorous, I hear lots of grunting and screaming of "ewwww..... gross! haha




Well I went garage saleing yesterday and came home with this beauty.
